Velvet Apartments - 10 Park Square East

Great, cosy apartment in a perfect location close to the centre of Leeds. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, and good facilities.

One of the rooms on the top floor is a little small for tall people. Living area/kitchen could have an extra couch to fit everyone in. Not a criticism, but there's a lot of empty space in the bedrooms that could be put to better use!

Very nice location with a nice view of Park Square. Easy for Uber to locate too. YouTube, good internet and a lot of facilities. Large fridge.

The only thing and thing which ruined it abit for me was how cold it was. I wish I contacted someone but with the amount of doors slamming from other rooms I already felt in the way of other people there but it was very very cold, especially during winter time with single glazed windows.

The property is situated in the very lovely Park Square, a quiet and green square in the centre of Leeds. It’s about 10mins walk from the shopping centre so really convenient. The apartment itself is huge, loads of space in all the rooms. It’s presented really well and it feels a more high end accommodation. The main suite with the hidden hot tub is gorgeous. The hot tub is lovely and warm and easy to use, this was a massive plus for us in a city centre apartment. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms all have plenty of storage, do bring coat hangers though if you need them as there weren’t any. I was concerned by some reviews that said the apartment was cold but this wasn’t the case. It was toasty warm but thermostat and radiators easy to control in each room to suit individuals. We cooked some food whilst we were there and found all we needed in the kitchen, again tons of storage! There are TV’s in every room including the hot tub area but we struggled to get some of them working, it didn’t matter to us as the living room tv was great but May bother others. We were there as a group of friends celebrating a birthday and the apartment was everything we wanted. Very comfortable, little bit of luxury in a fantastic location. Would highly recommend.

If I were to be really picky I would say there are areas starting to look a little bit tired, bumps and scrapes in places and things not working as they should (TV’s remote controls) none of these are off putting bug thr apartment is so gorgeous as really does have the potential to be high end. It just needs a bit of tlc here and there.
