"Absolutely shocking"

The location

It smells in the door way leading up to the room. There was damage when entering the room, we took photos they said they would mend the damage and not one turned up and we was there a week! Also it states every room has a cooker and we don’t have one

No hot water from the taps, but hot water from the shower
