Nothing likes when we were leaving

Everything, property was not clean at all the shower was unusable mold and dirt all inside the trey where you stand inbetween the glass door the smell coming up from the drain in the shower was horrid, luckily toilet was in different room but even that was not clean marks on the wall even inside the fridge was dirty would not keep any food in there only sealed bottles we kept in the fridge, was obvious all the cleaning that was getting done was a quick hoover and change the bed sheets, window wouldn’t close, have a cheek to take £100 damage deposit every wall and door had damage or marks on them paint falling off the walls would not recommend anyone to stay here, was videos that I had took of the property so the pictures are screen shots from that the best I could.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff were awfully rude. Didn’t feel safe what’s so ever, one of them was demanding £100 cash for the deposit and the other tried to back him up. When we got to the property we were stood outside in the pouring rain for nearly 2 hours because no one answered the door or phone and they didn’t send us door codes. Sent them £100 deposit and never got it back, messaged them about it and they haven’t replied. The apartment was dirty and stunk. Everything was broken, the toilet blocked everytime you went. Would not recommend and would not stay again!

The apartment lock was broke we could not leave the property as it did not lock after many attempts to contact the property owner for resolution we ended up leaving and finding other accommodation, the front door was left opened all the time and loads of drunk people roaming the property I had two children with me and did not feel safe very disappointed still to hear from the owners after leaving still no contact!

Mo was a lovely host. And he accommodated us brilliantly

Rooms need a paint as tired but otherwise lovely and comfortable xxx
