Black Ocean Holiday Apartments

WiFi was free. There was paid parking 2 min walk away. Black Ocean were able to join my two separate bookings when I decided to extend my stay so that I didn't need to change rooms. I have reviewed the apartment in my main booking.

Accused of breaking lock and had our deposit taken Asked for coverage from cctv as the door lock got broken between us leaving room and returning

If you struggle with stairs, be careful when you book,. We were fine on the 3rd floor but others may not be.

Overflowing bin damage to property we got changed went out and left about 12 am couldn't bring ourselves to sleep over

Good location. Any faults were picked up from on site management

Advertised as having facilities it didn’t have. Needs a lamp or a smaller light - wake the whole room if using kitchen
