Location was good

Cleanliness was awful and staff attitude was bad

Great location for us and easy to find. The TV with remote actually worked! No key to get in which we liked. Nice modern sofa in the living room.

The noise was from either the tenants or people staying with their kids for the weekend. It was very, very noisy from approximately 6 a.m. with footsteps on the floorboards. The shower trap was thick with hair and gunk. I cleaned that out myself. Appliances were dirty and the floor was not hoovered. Bedding appeared clean. Toilet in the bedroom in like a tiny cuboard which was dirty.

Absolutely nothing it was that bad I had to book other accommodation for two of my nights stays I couldn’t subject my children to another night

The place was damp and smelt disgusting it was dirty no where to sit no where to hang clothes I needed to hand my daughters dance competition outfit but that didn’t happen there were extension leads hanging from the TV not safe I messaged the place they never answered me my daughter wouldn’t even sleep under the covers my advise don’t do it I even went out and bought cleaning products to try and clean the place before we did anything the stains wouldn’t come off the sink was behind the toilet how were we expected to clean our teeth. I did ask for refund but no one has got back to me I better get my deposit back There are no smoking signs all over the entrance and in the apartment yet it stinks of smoke my kids were constantly coughing then the neighbours making a racket at 5am scared my children

Location room was clean very small

Extension leads upon extension leads plugged into each other .water not draining from shower.wallpaper ripped and hanging off in reception,stair carpet at bottom in reception filthy,

They have kept my deposit and there was absolutely no damage. They will not answer my calls or messages. I will have to take it further as they are taking my £100 for no reason The manager also let himself in whilst we were in the room so goodness knows how many times he did this when we were out

They made me pay the deposit before sending the code to get in, fair enough but they haven’t returned it and are refusing to answer my messages There was absolutely no damages from us

Ignored all messages, and left us standing outside the property for hours in the pouring rain

Refused to give us access codes to the property, and refused to refund also. TOTAL SCAM

the window was broken bed was broken people was so loud upstairs i would never stay here again
