Good facilities and nicely fitted out a home from home. Good email communication to provide entry instructions. Worked really well for what I was doing. Will use again.

Unfortunately could not get the shower to work.

The apartment was convenient for my work and had all the facilities I needed, such as a microwave and full oven. There was sometimes a chance to park down a side street next to it. The staff were really responsive and helpful.

It was clean, but if you opened cupboards, there could be fluff in them. The bed wasn't long enough. A few things were slightly broken, such as the bathroom sink plug plunger didn't work so it would get stuck and the blind fell off one day.

Nie działało ogrzewanie w łazience, przy zameldowaniu w mieszkaniu było 15°c. Słaba wygoda łóżka -bardzo skrzypialo Po ścianach biegały robaki

It was clean, in a good location and good parking too & got the £99 deposit back within 3 days.

The tap was faulty, the heating did not work despite trying many times. Me and my friend had to sleep in our coats so bring layers if you are staying here

It seemed very clean and had a good spacious area. The bedroom was also to a good standard with a comfy bed. Clean towels were also provided which was very nice.

There wasn't loads of kitchen equipment e.g. a cloth or a tea towel, so I would recommend bringing some of your own.... However they did have plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils.

The main lounge/kitchen area was spacious with high ceilings.

Very basic. Fixtures and fittings broken and cheap. Bedding insufficient - very thin duvet. Not a nice neighbourhood. Sparse and not very homely but advertised as home away from home!

Had everything we needed, easy parking and could walk to city
