The staff were very and very helpful.

Not a fan of the pillows or the hot breakfast. However, both of them are the same at every hotel we've stayed at. I'm sure others don't have that same issue.

This is 2nd stay at that location. Both times we spent about 6 days so we got a good sample of the property. First time I gave it all 10s I think. I loved it. This time I was very disappointed. Things like friendly staff were hard to find. No greetings when we arrived or left building. He rarely looked up at us. It was pretty much the same man the entire 6 days. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and maybe nobody could work but he seemed to be all the time, with a few people occasionally come in. We asked him the first day is he could replace the H2O cartridge, and he mumbled something I couldn’t understand and for all 6 days never fixed the sparkling water situation. I love having sparkling water the first time we were there throughout the day. Also the kitchen workers and one of the workers could barely speak English, and they didn’t understand what I was saying most of the time and I didn’t understand what they were saying most of the time. Also, the cleaning wasn’t as good as the first time. They didn’t replace toilet paper. The window treatment was broken. It would only come up about a foot. We couldn’t get the mini frig to cool our drinks properly and It wasn’t swept properly. It just wasn’t a warm friendly inviting environment as it was in August. So disappointing to me, last time I had gotten home and told everybody what an amazing time we had at the Avid in Tulsa Hills. Now I’m not sure I could recommend it.
