It had everything you needed and was located in a great area.

The hotel smelled really good upon entering. Everything was very clean. The receptionist was very pleasant.

Had booked a king bed and when we got there they had 2 queen but never called me to tell me so I could make a new reservation somewhere else.

First time staying at an Avid hotel, I was quite impressed! It's very much like a Tru hotel, simple compact rooms that are perfect for a quick night or two. Not gonna like though, the breakfast options SUCK! The coffee is okay, they have microwaved Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that have been sitting out way too long and everything else is just pre packaged options. Get a waffle maker at least!!!

We stayed here last August and our experience was prefect, so we decided to stay again while traveling through Tulsa. Shelby checked us in and was outstanding, personable and very attentive. We had planned to stay two nights but a situation came up that we had to leave NOW. Shelby was again, so very helpful and also empathetic. Thank you Shelby!!! Every employee - behind desk, housekeeping, kitchen, etc were all so very sweet and accommodating. We travel ALOT and we will definitely be back.
