- Excellent, most friendy and welcoming host, - Big and clean room, - The place is equipped with everything you would need for a longer stay. If aything is missing in the room it will most likely be found in the common area, - Nice location close to the tube, malls and restaurants,

- Unless it's the private unit, the soundproofing is relatively poor, you would hear your neighbors taking shower and watching TV - There were some issues with the front door not closing and the stairs felt less clean than the room and kitchen

The modern touch on the interior and how comfortable the bed feels. Highly recommended

Nothing!! They cancelled my stay without notifying me!

The owner cancelled my stay without communicating with me at all even though I'd asked a direct question the day before and that morning. But it didn't even show as cancelled in the system! So I get to the property - an hour before I'm due at a concert that has the town's hotels almost sold out. And I have NOTHING, there's not even anyone there. I call the owner and his response was that he'd called booking that morning and cancelled and that they "should have told me", because they needed to exterminate the place! His response rather than any help was "call Booking, they should resolve it". It's fine that you let booking know but they could have done the courtesy of confirming with me. Calling Booking.com was another disaster "your wait time is 25 minutes" (and it ended up being longer). No one responds and the only response to my email was days later "trust you found other accommodation". As a result, I was stuck in a rather set away neighborhood, having dragged my baggage 20 minutes needing to get ready to be somewhere in an hour. LUCKILY a kind uber driver helped me find one of the last semi decent hotel rooms in the area. I can't imagine what it would have been like if it had been later in he night, or if hotels had been sold out. I would have had to bail on a very expensive concert. What a mess that could have easily been avoided with a basic kindness and courtesy. Also by the way, from what I could tell from the outside and through the window, the place did not seem at all Luxurious, it's not near London and it's in a bit of an "up and coming" neighborhood. Very poor experience. Shame on you property owner, and shame on booking - they refuse to resolve this issue except for transportation to a new hotel

The location was very convenient to every needful thing! Two malls, many places to eat with a large variety of foods and only about 2 blocks to the Underground and buses. Jonathan was very responsive to our calls and emails. The TV had various streaming services so we could sign on with our credentials. We would definitely stay there again!

Really, it was quite good. We had a private unit so it was a bit confusing at first. The Uber dropped us off at the listed address and it was occupied. We phoned Jonathan and he informed us that we had to go around the corner from the listed address to find the room. For such a busy area, it was really quite quiet much of the time.

Kind and responsive host, very good communication with Jonathan. The accommodation was clean and the bed was comfortable. the location close to transport.

Rooms bright and good size very clean and well maintained. Kitchen well equipped especially for a longer stay. Bathroom nice and clean. Bed linen v clean nice lighting. Good security on door locks. Balcony nice.

No hairdryer in either room. Window lock broken and Couldn’t close window leading to flat roof. Blind only half closed so felt a bit vulnerable. Surprised the cleaner hadn’t mentioned it to owner as pretty obvious. Hallway a bit neglected and rubbish pouring out of bin in front garden. It’s a shame because a lot of effort gone into the rooms and it could be excellent if taken care of. I would stay again as near family and a great base. Don’t be put off as communication with owner fine he just needs a better housekeeper.

Accommodation is easy to travel clean rooms highly recommended.
