Beech Pod Cabin in beautiful surroundings Wrexham

It was something we had never stayed in before, we loved it

Beautiful surroundings, cafe on site, cabin was a great size, secluded, goats roaming the site, site clean and tidy, peaceful, smart TV for lazy mornings, large covered bar area, football nets for kids.

Matteress in main bedroom could do with replacement. Small hoover would have been useful.

The pod was dirty and the mattress needed replacing it was so lumpy

Great food at the cafe and fantastic staff, very calm and natural vibe. The restaurant does close at 7pm though which caught us out, but it is a camp/glamp area so not an issue. Great pod (sycamore), very clean and new facilities, both kitchen and bathroom. Does exactly what it needs to, and more.

The property gets very warm very quickly, which is good, but airing it out is a bit of a struggle as leaving the window or door open at night isn't ideal (not least due to bugs wanting in). Otherwise, the bed could use a firmer mattress to help with quality of sleep.

It was great had everything you needed and was clean the fishing was just soo close by. Staff were friendly and helpful we really enjoyed our stay.

We didnt get told the cafe/bar was closed early on a Sunday...we came for tea and everything was closed so had to order a takeaway which we didnt really want to do while away, but that was all everything else was brilliant from the cabin to the food 👍🏼

Cosy, warm and by nature. Had a kitchen with a microwave and fridge, could do with a small oven :)

The gate went down after 8pm and we couldn’t get to the cabin for nearly an hour as the gate is manually set off to get in by staff. We weren’t informed of a time limit to go to the cabin

Amazing places , excellent location for fishing, helpful people and good time with nature ❤️
