Beautiful view They need better cleaning in the rooms the sofa was wet

The views of the volcano from the igloo's were breathtaking, staff very helpful and friendly!

The Internet/wifi was weak at the igloos higher up on the hill. In spite of the high elevation, at minimum, there should be fans in the room. The funny part is the girl their own coffee, they have a coffee pot and coffee cups in the room but no coffee!😂. The good? Romantic, nice landscaping, view of Volcano, good service. I would stay here again.

This place did not have running water, when we first arrived, I’ve tried flushing the toilet, the was no water. No hand towels was provided, was told that the towels were not available. Too expensive, service was not up to standards. I’m sure you’ll find better places in the area. Stall was friendly.

La habitación no tenia agua para duche, y les hicimos saber y no lo resolvieron. Entonces no tuvimos agua, el dia que llegamos ni el dia siguiente.

Only perk is I didn’t take home a bag full of cockroaches‼️ I really hate leaving poor reviews, but Hotel Finca Campo Bello left me no choice. We arrived to the hotel a little after 10:30 PM. Upon entering into the room, in addition to the room being musty, and needing a bit of a cleaning, we were greeted by a cockroach crawling down the kitchen wall. Upon entering the bathroom, we witnessed two 3-inch cockroaches crawling out and back in a crack in the bathroom’s floor board and realize the igloo had an infestation. We immediately called the girl who checked us in and informed her that we would not be staying there due to the infestation. While waiting, I looked down and saw two baby roaches scurrying across the floor. We advised her of all of the cockroaches, and she seem to be very confused about the roaches and “ No one has ever complained before” (now, I am seeing all of the reviews about the cockroaches on Google, I should’ve came here first, instead of looking at all of the lavish TikTok videos) When we got back to the office, I asked the girl what we needed to do to get our money back seeing how we were in the igloo for a complete total of two minutes. She informed us to email who we made the reservation through, as there was nothing she could do. Frustrated because we had already had a long day, we drove two hours back to the hotel. We stayed our first night in San Salvador. I have been emailing and texting back-and-forth. Emails have been ignored- still, I sent the first over 2 weeks ago. Text messages are very vague and eventually she told us there’s no refunds, although that is not what we were told when we were leaving. In addition to that, the lack of detail for this company allowed her to get me mixed up with the completely different customer, whose review I do actually seen on Google. I had such high hopes for this hotel, only to be disappointed by the lack of professionalism, the infestation and the lack of accountability in handling this manner. Be warned before staying here!!

The intimate feeling of being alone with my husband thru the trails was beautiful, our view to the volcano was amazing. We got igloo #5 was pretty and clean with an amazing view.

El lugar es espectacular, dependiendo del clima, puedes o no ver el cerro verde o el volcán, lo malo que el menú no tienes opciones muy amplias

This property was beautiful and the staff were beyond kind. It was nice to have eating options withing the compound, but there were also street vendors on the main road. Drinking coffee and watching the sunrise and clouds from their viewing area is a really wonderful experience. Definitely a great option if you're interested Santa Anna (plus close to the Santa Anna volcano). Definitely a must visit!!
