Need to address the hot water in the shower in our room, otherwise excellent

It’s so clean!! I’ve seen clean places, but this place is CLEAN! The food was amazing. The service was so great. The late night female receptionist, the bartender Steve, and the server Flauro were all so amazing. They will go above and beyond for you. They made me feel like I was home. I enjoyed every single dish I had here. The food is so flavorful and fresh. Definitely gonna come back soon!

I have zero complaints.

It was really clean I love the massage and the Massey they were so professional the swimming pool was small but it was nice

I regret to inform you that my experience on the first day of my stay was highly disappointing due to the behavior of the receptionist. From the very beginning, his attitude was unprofessional and not in line with the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. He told us not to walk on the parquet floor in a manner that was neither courteous nor appropriate. Furthermore, he failed to provide clear and accurate information regarding the prices of lunch and dinner. When we received the bill, we discovered that the charges were significantly higher than what had initially been communicated. To make matters worse, he came into the restaurant and addressed us in an unacceptable manner in front of other staff members, which was both humiliating and disrespectful. He also promised to assist us in obtaining a SIM card, but this never happened, leaving us without internet access for two days. Additionally, when we sought assistance in exchanging money, he provided no support at all. This series of incidents not only ruined our first day but also left us with a very negative impression of the service quality at your establishment. I strongly believe that such behavior is not acceptable in a luxury hotel and should be addressed accordingly

Molto bella la struttura in generale, camere accoglienti. L’unico neo il bagno che non era diviso ermeticamente dalla camera

La wifi ne fonctionne pas bien nous n’avons pas eu de télé pendant tout le séjour la poussière des travaux sur notre terrasse manque d’hygiène sur les serviettes de piscine et de douche . La 2ème piscine n’est pas praticable Manque de choix de plat au restaurant

Good restaurants service from Samantha, she is very nice always smiling.

Mosquitoes at night in restaurants. Lack of waiters/ servers in the morning shift.
