Habitaciones e instalaciones muy buenas

El método de pago. Te cobran un 5% de comisión por pagar con tarjeta ( ningún restaurante de Nosy Be aplica comisiones) y cuidado si decides pagar en cash porque te incluyen el % de comisión “sin querer”. El tipo de cambio cogen “el del día” (nunca hemos visto esos tipos de cambio que aplican) El transfer al aeropuerto lo ponen a 35€ mientras que lo normal son 15€-20€ Las instalaciones están muy bien, pero da la sensación que no hay nadie alojado. El restaurante caro y por la noche apenas se ocupan 3 mesas. Es un hotel frío

L accès à l hôtel. Il est assez situé dans les hauteurs et la chaussée est remplie de nid de poule. Nous avions eu de la chance aucun de nos chauffeurs n a refusé de nous amener jusqu'à en haut de la pente.

L’hôtel est confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. On a bien profité du jacuzzi. Le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Il ne faut pas s’attendre à avoir de grands espaces, on se sent un peu à l’étroit.

L’emplacement,le confort, la vue et surtout le petit déjeuner.

Le manque de dynamisme de certains personnels.

Very nice staff and wonderful location overlooking the marina. Picturesque setting for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful views indeed, very nice and helpful staff, good restaurant, nice touches in the suites. Comfortable beds. Ideal for a short stay.

The location made it that is there is nowhere to walk to. We needed either a taxi or a Tuktuk to go anywhere. For either of these I would suggest to ask the hotel to organise it and agree for a price beforehand, otherwise all drivers will increase the price. The hotel rents its own cars as well. The work in the hotel is quite noisy. The card surcharge should be added here.

Ongoing construction in several locations including the room next door. The work was constant, loud, smelly, and eliminated any privacy. STAY AWAY! THE CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES!
