Sanna Ubud A Pramana Experience

Everything was amazing!

Our stay far exceeded expectations wrt service (butlers, restaurant and spa staff), food quality, restaurant and overall ambiance. We loved our 5 night stay in a Butler Valley Pool Villa, which was very relaxing. The afternoon rain storms were fantastic! We had several treatments at the spa and three private yoga classes, which were all excellent. The spa location and setting are sublime and fantastic! Raditya “Mr Sun” gave excellent private yoga classes down by the river. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the therapists’ names but they were great too. While we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return, this property (or parts of it) isn’t for everyone. It’s located on a steep hillside in a jungle, which is great for ambiance and views, but it might not be the place for anyone that isn’t comfortable with steep slopes and narrow, steep uneven stairs. There are golf carts for access to the upper levels of the resort only. The spa and lower area is currently only available by steps, but a new funicular/elevator is expected to be operational soon.) It may not be suitable for people with limited mobility or small children. Butler suites are worth the splurge. The butler team uses WhatsApp messenger to keep track of guest requests across shifts. Very organized. They’ll arrange room service and anything that you may need. We were in excellent hands with Yupik, Angga, Wawan, Jaka and Dedy covering the shifts. The restaurant and housekeeping teams were all also very attentive. Thx

From the moment I walked into SANNA UBUD, I knew I had made the right choice! The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was greeted with a smile and even offered a welcome drink. The room was absolutely stunning—spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the comforts I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the room was breathtaking, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. I also had the pleasure of dining at their restaurant, where the food was exquisite, and the service was impeccable. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail from the staff. Every interaction felt personal, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their guests' experience. Special thanks to Eka & Dian for making my stay even more memorable! I can't wait to return to SANNA UBUD and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Well managed property with beautiful rooms. Very well trained stuff. We had to leave earlier due an unseen even and they refunded us which was really appreciated. 5 start service. Other hotels we stay in Bali did not have as well trained 5 start personal.

This was a beautiful resort with amazing staff every one of them was friendly and helpful. Top-notch service. Very peaceful retreat-style place. Happy we chose Sanna to spend our 25th anniversary.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were very nice and clean the only issue is there are no television in the room. Other than that it was five star!!

Hotel was phenomenal. Absolute stunning scenery, nestled in a jungle. Serene experience. Staff were kind and hospitable. Restaurant had many different food options with excellent service. Great experience overall, highly recommend.

A beautiful resort run by beautiful staff, if I had to be critical, the restaurant could do better, simplify the menu, people co.e to bali for the culture notpasta.
