Everything about the stay was perfect

C’est un hotel de très grande qualité avec un personnel extraordinaire. Nous avons ressenti le luxe de l’établissement par le service exceptionnel que nous avons reçu. Les chambres étaient extrêmement spacieuses, d’une propreté extraordinaire. Un grand coup de coeur pour May qui est la cheffe d’orchestre de cet établissement. Elle se plie en quatre pour vous faire passer un séjour inoubliable.

L’établissement est localisée entre 2 mosquées. L’appel à la prière est magnifique… mais le prêche au micro au lever du soleil peut être difficile à vivre. Ça n’a pas du tout dérangé nos enfants de 10 et 14 ans qui n’ont rien entendu :-)

Bel hôtel avec chambres spacieuses, bon restaurant à prix raisonnable et personnel très agréable.

Un peu loin du centre et de la plage mais il est très facile de prendre des taxis à très bon tarif pour se déplacer

Overall, it is a great place and service with attention to all minor details. The staff, every one of them, is some of the friendliest and most supportive hotel staff I dealt with. They are all nice and professional and try to support in every way. Special thanks to Mai and Jessy for their great leadership, attentivness and support. I didn't book breakfast, but ordered some dinner and appetizer options. The taste and presentation were on point. They also offered numerous complimentary snacks and drinks which was a lovely gesture. On my birthday, they surprised me with a beautiful cake and a message :) and many of them wished me a happy birthday. That was truly nice of them. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean with great design for comfort. I definitely loved my stay there and would be back if I'm in Lombok again.

The only downside is the area, not the hotel. Mataram is a lively city with many local marts and food options. I just found it to be a bit far away from each good beach option. You have to rent a motorbike or you'll pay a big sum of money in transportation and this affected my budget. The staff tried to help me rent one, but unfortunately, nothing was available for days since it was a peak season. It took around 40 mins by car/motorbike to go to Senggigi area, around an hour to go to Bangsal harbor and 1.5 hours to get to Kuta.

J’ai passé un séjour vraiment exceptionnel. Le personnel était tout simplement extraordinaire, toujours attentionné et aux petits soins. J’ai beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions qui font toute la différence et rendent l’expérience unique. Le restaurant, quant à lui, était excellent, avec des plats délicieux qui méritent à eux seuls le détour. Je recommande vivement !

Je ne m'attendais pas à avoir aussi bon hôtel en réservant. Les chambres, la nourriture, le personnel, la beauté de l'hôtel tout était parfait ! Les snacks tout droit sortis du restaurants distribués quotidiennement sont top !

Tout est magnifique, chambre, piscine,restaurant délicieux. Le personnel et la gérante sont vraiment très sympa. Toujours prêt à vous aider .Les cookies et les smoothies maison Tous les jours gratuitement dans nos chambres étaient délicieux .

Such a beautiful villa, the staff were exceptional and they pay some much attention to the details. I would 100% come back here and recommend to others. You’re given free health juices and cookies in your room as well which was such a lovely touch!

J’ai tout aimé. Très belles surprises : en commençant par la qualité de l’accueil, une équipe exceptionnelle qui est aux petits soins Ensuite, nous avons eu droit à un pot d’arrivée. Pleins d’attentions dans la chambre La piscine est jolie Les chambres grandes et bien tenues Nous avons dîné au restaurant, c était parfait Je recommande 1000 fois!
