"The very best service!!!"

The level of service was incredible. The team thought of absolutely everything to make you feel right at home. The junior suite is beautifully done and very spacious. I would never stay anywhere else in Mataram!

Personnel chaleureux et aux petits soins pour nous. Ils ont été tous adorables. Restauration excellente. Chambre très propre et literie parfaite. Des activités sont proposées (cuisine et jardinage kokedama). Merci à la directrice et à toute son équipe et à une prochaine fois j'espère.😊

L'accueil et la disponibilité de L'Equipe, la gentillesse de la manager. La décoration de l'ensemble avec des murs végétaux et des cours d'eaux un peu partout. La Chambre très fonctionnelle avec une excellente literie une clim efficace des jus de fruits frais à discretion, nécessaire pour café ou tisane petits gâteaux tous les jours. Les repas pris au restaurant de l'hôtel sont très bons cuisine moderne ouverte choix de plats indonésiens revisités par un chef jeune et imaginatif.

Hélas ce petit boutique hôtel est entouré de 4 mosquées avec des micros très puissants un Conseil les bouchons d'oreilles gentiment mis à disposition dans la Chambre ne sont pas efficaces donc il faut absolument prévoir de véritables boules QUIES pour éviter un réveil à 5 h du matin .

Comfortable rooms with so much attention for detail! A cookie jar, some fruit, juice in the fridge.. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant serves great food. Not my first stay here and definitely not the last.

Es war einfach traumhaft! Schöne Zimmer, super Essen und ein absolut zuvorkommendes nettes und über alle Grenzen hinaus hilfsbereites Personal. Hôtel très familial, super accueil ! Meilleur employé rencontré : gentil, serviable, aux petits soins. Petit dej top, piscine agréable. On regrette de ne pas être restés plus longtemps ! Merci à Jessy et toute l'équipe !
