La Hola Villas

I love the location by the beach , the food on the restaurant and all staff very nice people

I loved how quiet and private the place is. It needs some renovation in their rooms, besides that, everything else excellent.

Overall a pleasant experience. Loved the private pool in the villa we stayed in and the food plus customer service was excellent

The service staff was limited , I think management need to improve more with their employees to be more organized . I stayed for two days I probably won't came back very bad service. But I think is the management the not treating their employees happy $$$$

I find it to be very unfair for the contions that employees work under the management.

There is no actual reception or place to get information. None of the staff speak any English so some Spanish is definitely needed. Our room was double booked so we had to stay in a different, smaller room without the amenities of the room we actually booked. Then, we moved to our booked room the next day. Elvin was very sympathetic about the situation, but it was still frustrating. There is absolutely no hot water, not in the sinks or showers. Not even a faucet for hot water. The toilets don’t have much pressure. Just keep flushing…. There is only 1 L-shaped pool, not two pools as advertised. There are no beach towels provided. Just shower towels that we were instructed to take to the beach also. The beach chairs and shade are far away from the water, not close or as abundant as in the photos. The restaurant was okay. The “cooked to order” breakfast is an option of pancakes, huevos rancheros plate, or scrambled egg plate. Every day. Zero alternatives. Same thing. There are multiple options for the lunch/dinner menu. All decent. No option to order food in. Overall, it was fine. Absolutely nothing special. A bit disappointing. They do a good job with the photos to make it look much nicer than it actually is. Would probably try a different place if making plans again.

This is a great beach resort with a unique vibe. Many of the villas are built out of shipping containers and have their own pool. They are very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of air conditioning and even little kitchens. The resort itself has a nice restaurant, bars and pools. The beach is nice and great for body boarding!
