It was okay for the area it’s in. The food wasn’t all that great

The food is excellent. But Salty water in the shower and sink. People have to bring potable water to shower and to brush teeth. They give you a big block of wood as a key chain. Not all rooms have a microwave. You may have problems locking and unlocking the doors.

The property description said partial sea view, our view was nothing but bushes with no view of the sea, the sea wasn’t even close; the rooms were dirty with used soap left in both restrooms, the ACs were not working properly and it was really hot

i enjoyed that we could see the beach from the hotel.

The Good: The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. The food was good and the beverages were great. The pool was small yet big enough for everyone to enjoy, but the water pump was not on so the water looked a little cloudy. We Stayed on the third floor. The unit had one king-size bed and a single bed to the side, it was 3 of us so it was fine. The Not so Good: The bedroom floor is of wooden planks, but not connected so it has cracks between the wooden planks. As such, food crumps, water, sand, and any other thing fall through it, and you can see them (4 inches below). The restroom was not well designed, there was no division of any kind between the shower and the toilet. As one takes a shower the toilet gets all wet, along with all the floor, so if someone else walks in you take a shower the floor and toilet are wet. Additionally, the water from the shower can slip right into the bedroom and between the cracks in the floor, creating unnecessary humidity and a moldy smell. I provided the feedback to the staff and they offered to move us, but we were going to be there for two nights, so we did not take the offer, but any longer we would have moved.

I did not like the fact that they didn’t have the villa that I had reserved and paid for ready for me until the next day. They made stay in a very small room for one night, room that was a lot less expensive than the one I reserved. No refund was offered for the inconvenience.

Need WiFi

Regular rooms are small. Mattresses not soft very hard overall customer service was excellent friendly people and property on the beach.

They need to have good beds and pillows, the mattress are very hard, they feel like you sleep on the floor, they have limited daily needs, I don’t feel my ned Clean and good , no one day sleeping there was good

Easy going atmosphere, we got late and they were so kind to prepare dinner, the staff is keen to help you, as long you communicate straight forward, not many people spoke English, be ready to use your Spanish. I will highly recommend the place to sleep and rest over the week days, it is pretty chill and clean area.
