La Hola Villas

I loved our stay here the pool and the beach are right there in front of the villa, the food and drinks are good and they brought the food inside the Villa few times which was very nice of them. There were seats everywhere and we can seat anywhere we wanted outside. It was mostly few other families but never too crowded. The place is clean and quiet also safe. The Air conditioning worked very well so was cool in there. I wish I could have enjoyed a little more of it but I had to go out and see some family and then travel back home, but I would stay here again. It was very nice. Thank you so much to the staff my family was very happy and they made our stay very comfortable. Thank you 🙏 very much!

Room and bathroom weee too small. Bed uncomfortable. You can hear everything from the other rooms. Staff was not friendly. Didn’t come clean the room until we asked them to.

The shower wasn't clean, the property is not as they show in pictures, the pictures are out dated

Me hospede dos dias y nunca me hicieron El cuarto no me dieron mas toallas las mismas casi 3 dias nesecita mejorar mucho

The staff was friendly the food was good and the view was nice. I didn’t like I was being taken advantage we witnessed others being charged $1 for water and we were charged $1.50. The local sellers kept pressing us to buy something even when I said “when we’re done eating and getting change I’ll buy something” our dinner kept getting disturbed with “we are leaving can you buy it now” 😑 the free breakfast was delicious. The downfall is the pictures are VERY deceiving!!!!! When we enter our suite which is called octopus (but in Spanish) it smelled minty like something was sprayed before we entered. After about an hr or so it started to smell moldy. The faucet was rotten and smelly. We all unfortunately got bedbugs bites. I came with my family of 8 my 6 young children, the suite needs a lot of work. We end up barely sleeping since we were getting bit, and bugs were crawling on us. 3am we packed up our things loaded the truck and ran away as soon as light hit! I don’t recommend this place! If I had an option of no stars I would….

El cuarto estaba en muy malas condiciones no se como lo pueden rentar y la comida estaba bien pero había una espera de 1hora y media me fui a otro restaurante y después me fui a dormir el aire acondicionado estaba al lado de la cama y todo el agua que votaba el aire acondicionado caía e N la camas no regresó y no se lo recomiendo a nadie

Todo muy limpio y ordenado, único detalle que un aire acondicionado no funcionaba del todo bien. Por lo demás excelente y súper buena atención además muy buen pet friendly.

Room 3 bathtub drainage was slow, mattress was too firm and uncomfortable, friendly staffs, good food and drinks also relaxing beach area.
