I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bali. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Ayu and Agong at the reception. They were extremely sweet, welcoming, and guided me properly through every step, which made the experience stress-free and comfortable. The overall stay was very enjoyable, and the hospitality truly stood out. The food was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali and would love to stay here again.

"Fint og rent hotell, litt tilbaketrukket fra travel hovedgate. Nær stranden."

Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom personale. Renholdet var veldig bra. Vi spiste kun frokost på stedet. Denne var delikat, fresh og forseggjort. Fersk og nypresset juice i flere varianter. Hyggelige og oppvakte servitører som utøvde veldig god service. Hotellet spanderte øl gratis på ettermiddagen. Vi holdt oss friske i hele perioden ! Vil spesielt fremheve Ayu i resepsjonen for eksepsjonell service og omsorg og Tia på SPA for fantastiske massasjer tilpasset eget ønske og behov. Kort vei til stranden.

Kunne vært litt bedre egnede plasser å sole seg på ved bassenget, men det gikk fint siden det var kort vei til stranden, samt at vi hadde egen balkong. Noe støy enkelte netter fra omkringliggende barer.

Super cool resort with big rooms and great breakfast! Great location so you can walk to many places nearby. Smart TV with Netflix & co is nice to have. :) Also the staff was incredibly friendly!

AC in the room was pretty loud (haven’t noticed that in any other places we stayed at during our Indonesia Trip)…

I love the property specially the staffs are so nice…. Bayu is super super helpful I left my phone in resort and they took the time out and called me and kept it safe. I really appreciate it. All the trainees are super hospitable and professional. Only love ❤️

Great location close to the beach and all the restaurants, bars, shopping and spas in central Canggu. The staff were sooo friendly and helpful, nothing was too much of a bother for them. Free breakfast and the happy hour beer and cocktails were great value. The pool was gorgeous and the room was really nice and clean, and easy to check the surf from the rooftop!
