"Had high hopes from the photos but we were let down"

Good concept of rooms

The rooms weren’t soundproof - you can hear the music from nearby clubs at night + the room had a metallic roof which amplified the sound of rain even more. The staff was very friendly and welcoming however the service was extremely slow - delivering a pair of scissors to our room took more than 30 minutes!

Всё понравилось! Великолепные умные домики, можно наблюдать закаты со своей террасы! Хороший массаж, прекрасные завтраки. Персонал отзывчивый, профессионалы. Проверили домик пока мы не уехали и принесли забытые нами вещи. Ещё обязательно вернёмся)

Das Personal war freundlich und überaus Hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns bei allen Anliegen sofort helfen können. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage. Sehr nah am Strand (2min zu Fuß) Einkaufsstraße (15min zu Fuß)

Wir waren 3 Nächte über Silvester in Canggu Leider haben die nächstliegenden Clubs jede Nacht alle 15 min bis 4:00am Feuerwerke geschossen. Das hat uns unseren Schönheitsschlafgekostet ^^ Dafür kann Grunsätzlich das Hotel nichts, sollte aber trotzdem erwähnt werden.
