Great breakfast with a breathtaking view of the mountains, and if you visit for dinner, the night city view is great as well. Also, the variety of food for breakfast is more than enough, à la carte at the Turkish cuisine restaurant for dinner, with very acceptable prices. Very nice SPA and gym are included in the price. All the personnel are over the best and I wish them to get bonuses and promotions ASAP.

Dear Booking.com team and Park Dedeman team, Good day Please refer to the below comments: - Upon arrival the receptionist Daniil greeted us without emotion and answered all our clarifying questions with courtesy. This was my first impression of the hotel and the trip to Almaty itself. - After check-in, we discovered that the rooms hadn't been cleaned properly. There was trash from previous guests under the bathroom sink, and there was no hot water in the sink. And when we asked reception for information about the problem, the reaction was not the most pleasant. The carpet in the room is stained.

Quiet room at night

Room had bad smell of synthetic textile. Needed to open the window frequently. SPA is terribly managed. Ladies coming into the men's locker room which is the only place one man can have a shower. People entering into the sauna with swimsuitis and, even worst, soaking the swimsuitis on the heating system. The restaurant at 9th floor has a really poor selection and the food arrives cold and it is clear it is not fresh. Discontinued bar service even at the most busy hours. Fitness centre is not much clean.
