"Horrible experience. I do not recommend this hotels to family."

Location is good.

People at reception. They asked to pay USD 100 per person as deposit while check in which I denied. They said it’s as per internal hotel policy. I asked them to show the same on booking.com reservation voucher however it was no where mentioned. They forced us to deposit the passports as security or check-in was not allowed. Booking.com should take an action on this hotel. Why the money deposit policy at time of check in is not mentioned anywhere. I stayed in many brand hotels around the world but this is the first time I was asked for the security deposit. They don’t care event if I had small children with me. They delayed the check in unnecessarily. Bathroom was stinking and even after multiple complaint no one came, I had to go down to reception 2 times to remind them that my son is waiting to use washroom please get the issue resolved.
