The male who was behind the desk today was rude obnoxious and disrespectful I will not be using this hotel again and recommend that people take precaution whilst booking this place what a terrible experience

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. How the owners have the nerve to charge >£60 is beyond me. 8.2 on Hotels.com. More like 1.2.

Small bedroom option is REALLY small…beware! Bed not very comfortable but was ok. Helpful staff no issues.

Good value for money There is no parking at the hotel

Great stay, pleasantly surprised, value for money, very clean rooms, very convenient for Yeovil town centre, we arrived by public transport with a short walk from the station, would definitely stay again

Check-in was easy, very friendly, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Was a perfect spot for us to use as a base to explore the areas around. Shower over bath, unfortunately the shower was not great and very restricted water flow. This was the only downside to the room.

Handy for town centre and bus station. No breakfast but wetherspoons accross the road opens at 8:00.

Really nice place to stay, spotless, bathroom with a bath, very well kept. Parking opposite the hotel in a public car park which is free from 6pm until 9 am. I really liked it there, I would recommend it and I will be back again. Lastly, price was unbeatable.
