"Great place to stay"

Clean room with a nicely spaced bathroom and hot shower. Kitchen is clean with everything needed. Owner responds to queries very quickly and efficiently.

Pillows are a bit tired, maybe some new soft ones but that's just personal preference. Parking can be a little tight but never had trouble yet :)

The communication was excellent - the bed was horrible. I had to take two muscle relaxants just to get out of bed. I left after the first night (booked for 2). If you like bathing in your shower water to your ankles, the shower set-up is great. (The plumbing needs plumbing).

See above. I did ask for a partial refund for the 2nd night - but have not heard back from them.
