- Spacious rooms - plenty of towels - washing machine and dryer - nice iron + ironing board - comfy bed - smart TV with unlocked HDMI - skylight - fridge with freezer - very nice and helpful caretaker - prompt response from landlord via whatsapp All in all, I enjoyed my stay, but only because I was mostly alone in the entire house. If it had been booked out, the noise level would have made things uncomfortable. Had people speak in the community area in front of my door a couple of times, but despite the fact that they were respectful and tried to keep it down, I could hear every word which means, I could be heard as well. If it wasn't for all the downsides, the room would be pretty comfortable.

Lack of cleanliness - community kitchen as well as oven in private kitchen stank to high heaven - dishes and cutlery in private kitchen was sticky. had to clean that myself - fan's fan blades were halfway covered in dust. very disgusting. I had to clean that myself - washing machine and dryer look extremely dirty as if they've never been cleaned - nightstand drawers were dirty and had prior guest's garbage in them Broken stuff: - lock and handle to bathroom door broken. wasn't fixed during entire stay, despite being reported. handle fell. could have easily led to locking myself inside - screws of metal chairs were loose, making them very wonky. had to hand tighten them - shower head was broken, by the looks for ages. got fixed after I reported it, but why is a room advertised as "deluxe" rented out in such a condition in the first place? - nightstand light was broken when I arrived Lack of comfort: - table too small for work and unfit to use a mouse on - no dishwasher or toaster in room. had to use community kitchen which isn't the point when renting a room with a private one - no dishwasher tabs or washing machine detergent provided - heating only worked during off hours, starting late afternoon, but was off in the morning when temps were coldest. made the stay uncomfortable once temperatures dropped - doors were extremely loud which could have been fixed easily with some insulation foam - community area right in front of the most expensive room's door. had a guest walk around every day between 5 and 6am, waking me up thanks to the loud doors. Luckily no other guests watched TV in the community area or else this would have been very uncomfortable. Where's the advertised sound insulation? - only 1 set of bed sheets and covers for 11 day stay Just booked a new stay and decided against this accommodation, bc of the unclear heating situation, the unsuitable table and the price hike.

Wide space and kitchen facilities. (Probably upgraded room.) Clear to access here from station. Hopefully more closer to the station. I couldn’t recognize the key rooms, however the explanation over the phone was good.

The clock on the wall was stopped due to the buttery was dead. A few cups were dirty. There weren’t body wash and shampoo. Also tissue. I think it’s cost cut.?
