"Woodland Cottage is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Norfolk."

We loved everything about staying at the Woodland Cottage, Juliet the owner was so welcoming and surprised us with fresh bread, jams, milk and homemade cupcakes! The cottage itself though small is beautiful, tastefully decorated, well equipped and very cosy. The location is also very nice, on the same grounds as the owners house, with safe parking and surrounded by woodland and some wildlife. Juliet also provides lots of information on the Norfolk Broads and local attractions, restaurants etc.

"The Lodge was peaceful, cosy and comfortable, everything one could want for an enjoyable stay"

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, well-located accommodation. Juliet was happy for our daughter to stay, sleeping on the sofa bed, which was also very comfortable. Nice touches like homemade cakes and milk were appreciated. We enjoyed the woodland views from the windows, spotting wildlife- Muntjac deer, squirrels and birds. It was very quiet and peaceful. We very much enjoyed our short stay and would love to return.

The location was great for a calming getaway for a few days. Everything we needed was included and more. The host was very welcoming and the homemade cakes was an added bonus
