Charming Woodland Lodge 2 person 1 bedroom

Everything! It was cosy, close to lots of attractions, quiet, view of woodland from every window, hosts were so thoughtful with welcome cakes, the snug has everything you could need for a relaxed break away

Fabulous hosts, the lodge was fully equipped with everything needed and the little touches with homemade cakes as a welcome was lovely. Seeing deer in the morning roaming in the woodland from the window. Just overall a perfect place to stay

Nothing at all

This lodge has been beautifully renovated to a high standard. It also doubles as a 5-star woodland animal hide for viewing lots of varied bird-life including jaye, jackdaws, tits, blackbirds, wrens, pheasants with red kites flying above. Most days we saw small deer. And grey squirrels, lots of squirrels.

We weren't allowed to move in on a permanent basis.

The lodge is so homely and cosy everything was perfect and all credit to the owners and their hard work everything you could ever need is provided even cup cakes upon arrival the host's Juliet and David are warm and friendly people who go out off there way to make your stay totally stress free .

Wonderful welcome, very accommodating host! The lodge was lovely, warm and cosy with all that you need. The little touches were fabulous. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet small lodge next to woodland on two sides. Easy to find, Superbly well-appointed. Carefully, and thoughfully deccorated. Easy parking. Loved it!
