Ocean Heart Hotel

Hannah was a good host, we were offered room cleaning everyday and were given suggestions on what to do in the area. The shared kitchen and dinning area was good, and we had a fridge in our room. There is also a washing machine, powder at your own cost. Overall a good stay. We enjoyed heading down to the Jetty and the local waterfall. There is a local supermarket, petrol station and restaurants, a 5 minute walk away as well. The bus stop is right outside on the main road.

Check in wasn't the best, we had to wait for over 5 minutes before anyone appeared to check us in. After that everything was great.

Quiet place with so much to offer in the Paradise, cooking facilities provided the extra venue for Birthday Celebrations Free of Cost with all equipments such as BT Speakers, lights. Awesome 👌 please highly recommended.

Liked everything about the place, only thing is that you have to go prepared if you're going to cook, as nearby stores are a little expensive

We stayed here for 3 nights, from the time we check in easy communication with Hannah she also ensure us if we need anything just let her know she will try accomodate our needs. We booked queen double bed for 2 adults 1 child (5yr old) we love our room so cosy. We were lucky to have the whole villa to ourselves for 3 days. Our little one enjoyed the swimming pool and running around with no worries and the owner so lovely we had a full on conversation about life and future opportunities in Fiji. Two things we want to add is one maybe a small gas stove for the guest to use incase of a power cut. No: 2 a pump cleaner to keep swimming pool clean from dirt, Otherwise we had a peaceful stay at Pacific Paradise Villa and will definitely stop by if we are ever in the area again.

Room was clean and spacious with a huge bed. Large, clean bathroom. Easy to get to from the airport. Take a Sunbeam or Pacific Transport express bus and ask to get off at Maui Palms, then walk up the signposted side road for about 200m. There's a petrol station with a cluster of restaurants, an ATM and a supermarket about 5 minutes' walk away. You will need to take a torch/phone light at night. Kitchen available for guests' use. Small but pleasant pool with sun loungers and a kids' play area. Fantastic value for the area.

The kitchen is a great asset - we only made breakfast there but other guests were cooking lunches and dinners as well. It could be even better with a bit more attention from the staff, eg. daily cleaning, providing clean tea towels and hand towels and topping up washing-up liquid, tea bags etc. Not really complaints, but FYI: Need to pay for the room on arrival in cash. Cards are not accepted. If you need to get cash, there's an ATM at the nearby petrol station. Bed is very firm, Asian style, which won't be to everyone's taste.
