Ocean Heart Hotel

Most of all we were welcomed with open arms and it was easy to connect with Hannah and the two staff members. They were willing to help in many way and to listen to ideas and improvement that's needed to accommodate everyone's needs. Hannah was willing to store our luggage while we went shopping as we were early for check in. The staff were very polite and helpful.

We were a bit hesitant to go in the pool only because the water didn't look too healthy. More cutleries, containers with lids and a blender are much needed. May be in the future some insect zapper for outside as it is beautiful to sit outside after dinner.

The closeness of the beach and supermarket and restaurants!

No good safe footpath to walk on the highway to the various facilities.Otherwise very happy with Villa facilities and friendly host . The notice board could be placed where guests can read it as soon as they arrive to know what's on offer and services available!!

Great value for money. They were also very accommodating for any last minute requests we had, we had a great stay.

The Villa is located at such a peaceful environment. The staff helped in every way possible and were so friendly. There's no disturbance. My son really enjoyed the pool and loved the slides and also other games set up. It is a goto place with family for a peaceful outing 😊

This isn't the Villa or staff fault but plenty mosquitoes were outside while sitting at night
