2 x Double Bed Glamping Wagon at Dalby Forest

Very cute little camping wagon. Great view and very peaceful location. The camping fire was great for roasting marshmallows, which could be bought onsite if you’d forgotten to bring your own. The welcome basket with local produce was a very nice touch.

The wagon is quite small, so if you have lots of luggage then it can get a little cramped with a family of 4. The composting toilet took a little getting used to, but not too bad and was cleaned daily. There was only one sink to wash hands, wash up dishes, brush teeth etc for the whole site, so the risk of hygiene problems is probably quite high, so I think an extra wash station designated for washing hands and one for washing up dirty dishes would be recommended for the future.

Fantastic tranquil gem of a place. Bruce goes above & beyond to make your stay the best . My anxiety disappeared as soon as I sat down. The place is magical.

Exellent vintage gypsy caravan. Loved the retro feel and decoration.lovely veiws and surroundings. Fire pit was lovely on an evening and was great for bbqs. Lots to explore and only 10 mims from the scarborough coast

We had a really lovely couple of days stay in the Romany caravan. We were greeted with the warmest of welcomes. Bruce left us the most amazing welcome pack, lots of homemade goodies we were well & truly spoilt. Great little place with stunning views and peace and quiet. Leave your cares behind and go off grid for a few days, I can highly recommend it. Brilliant place for dogs, they are made very welcome with no charge.

By far the best glamping experience we have had. Fantastic hosts that went the extra mile to ensure our stay was as comfortable and memorable as possible. The welcome platter was first class and left us wanting for nothing. The location was so beautiful with amazing views of Dalby forest and surrounding countryside. We were a 20 minute drive from Scarborough which was perfect when wanting to return to peace and tranquility after a fun packed day. Everything in our wagon was so unique, quirky and retro. An absolute delight to make some fantastic memories and will be returning!

Wanted to stay longer!

Everything! The setting was stunning and the views amazing. Right on the doorstep of Dalby forest and great for walking. The site itself was such a find and set up well. Bruce was so helpful and friendly. We hope to be back soon and would definitely recommend it!
