USMy four credit cards were initially declined and then they were charged the next day. We paid via Bank Transfer from Bank of Baroda. The Manager Rajeev was supposed to decline the charges but it looks like he did not. One of the credit cards has denied my dispute.

We had booked two suites expecting a comfortable and hygienic experience, as a family member is running the marathon and thus wanted to support them (especially with a new born). But instead, we encountered severe cleanliness issues that made our stay unbearable—especially as we were traveling with a baby. 1. Unhygienic Conditions: The rooms were infested with cockroaches and lacked basic cleanliness. The restaurant upstairs was filthy, covered in mud and dust, posing a serious health risk. The rooms themselves were uncleaned with dust all over and dirty cloths from previous staying laying in the bedroom. 2. False Advertising: The property was marketed as “kid-friendly,” yet there were no amenities for children. Additionally, the listing deliberately omitted pictures of the bathrooms, which were in extremely poor condition—this is misleading and unacceptable. 3. Unresponsive Management: Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner from various numbers, he deliberately ignored our calls and messages, refusing to address our concerns. 4. Unprofessional Staff: The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, further adding to our frustration. 5. Forced to Check Out Early: Due to the unhygienic conditions and the complete lack of support from the management, we had no choice but to check out this morning and book another hotel at the last minute, incurring additional costs and inconvenience. This experience was unacceptable, and we demand a full refund for our stay. We also expect a formal response regarding how such serious lapses in hygiene and service will be addressed to prevent future guests from facing similar issues. Please treat this as an urgent matter and revert at the earliest.
INThe building was good and modern plus they let us check in early. Overall the room had good space and decor. Utility wise room was as per expectations.
Room could be cleaner and better maintained. The coffee and tea supplies could be replenished daily.
KWSpacious rooms , I had to stay there due to location .
Found cockroach , food over priced for quality , no room cleaning in three days of my stay , first excuse was I didn't leave my key at reception . After that I left the key and it was still not cleaned .
KWEverything was perfect and exceeded expectations.
Cockroach infestation was horrible to deal with. I personally killed around 18 cockroaches ( yes I counted)
