The Restuarant, the food was not that good. I will not say bad. Needs improvement. Specially the breakfast eatables there were no varieties. Even though we can order from Swiggy.

INNot at all welcoming ! We check inn at midnight. Inspite of paying for 2 days! Check out time was 11 am. We requested to give us 11.30 am check out since we had checked in late. But uncourteous staff said bluntly NO👎🏻 Water bottle not even 1 was complementary. Charges were high and property was small! Bad experience. Spoiling the name of Pune City. The staff just says NO for everything and anything. Dont chose this property everrrrr 🙏🏻
INDecent hotel for the price, plenty of place - could be more friendly staff - like help with bags.
The hand soap dispenser hardly works. A little better hand / shampoo / bodywash would've helped. Little bit of smell in the room but otherwise good.
