The location was incredible, parking is complicated and visitors should be told to find a parking spot through SpotHero or similar so they don’t get a ticket trying to repark the car due to being surrounded by 2hr signs.

The bathroom isn’t in the room.

Super location, super comfy, totally groovy guesthouse right down to the dragon shower curtain rings. Absolutely gorgeous neighbourhood … Capitol Hill is full of beautiful historic homes and a fabulous strip of restaurants, cafes and shops right around the block. So close to downtown. Springtime in this area is magic!

It was a good day. It was all out good day, but it was really cold in my room. One of the windows didn’t shut all the way and then the refrigerator froze. Everything mine. The little one was inside the room, but besides that everything was great except it wasn’t shampoo or conditioner but it’s OK. I brought my own and I would recommend other people to come and stay there. It is a beautiful place. It’s it’s nice. It’s kind of easy, but you need to be more pacific about Where. The House house is the front house not any other

Great, clean and comfortable stay.

The owner accused me of stealing a fan and charged me $52 for it. No proof was shown to me other than saying a maid claimed a small fan was gone after my stay... This was after he even told me he appreciates me for treating the place with respect and leaving the room in great condition and thanked me for my stay. What a scammer! Also the place has too many guests and is very noisy and loud.

Like a dorm room. 3 units on each floor. Had another unit knock on my door at 10 pm and ask me to turn my phone down, i was talking on speaker phone. Privacy is subject to. Shared kitchen.

The room was comfortable. It was hot so I did have to open the windows for the cross breeze and then close them in the morning when the breeze started rattling the blinds. I was a little confused by the bathroom next door situation, but it is a nice bathroom.

The deposit scares me a bit.

This is exactly what you pay for. Parking around the area is 2h until after 6pm. We were expecting to be able to park and then uber/ transit around. There is no air conditioning but we were there on a 100degree day. The rooms were comfortable amd clean. The area is safe and its close to a beautiful park and some outstanding architecture. There are some nice pubs within walking distance, too.
