A comfortable room in an extremely convenient location, I would stay here again. The room and bathroom are comfortable basic necessities and had everything I needed for my stay. It's a great option if all you need is a room, a comfy bed, and a walkable neighborhood. It was also a convenient place to drive or take the train from to other parts of town. Vince was also exceptional in helping me through my stay and communicated quickly and proactively. Also I appreciated there being an electric tea kettle in the room. A small but important point.

This was a great place to lay your head for the night and get back out into Seattle. It is really just a room to rest but if you like to travel like us, that is all you need. The room and facilities were very clean, and the staff and owner were communicative and quick to help. Plus the room is nestled into the Capitol Hill neighborhood which is a delightful little neighborhood.

The check-in process is quite a lot and includes taking pictures of your ID's. I'm not sure if that is a Seattle law but it made me hesitant at first. Rest assured that everything seem safe and secure. The walls were thin and you could hear some noise from the other rooms. Everyone was very respectful though so it wasn't a problem.
