Never ever seen a hotel of this level being soo untidy and the responsiveness of staff was horrible. You call for anything and no one picks up your calls and finally if they answer also no one will come to fulfil it.

All time we need to reset the wifi of the television which didn't like and it wasted my time because it should be set based on their stay.
