It was bad maintenance lifts were not working room was not at all clean when we arrived poor hygiene in hotel no cleaning staff don’t understand what you ask I had to repeat my request 4 times

There was nothing to be appreciative about. Problems began with check in when we were told that our request of connecting rooms could not be met as they had not looked at our specifications. Beyond declining our request we were told that there was no such request. Only upon showing them the confirmation from Booking .Com did they quieten. The next problem was with parking our car. There is no place on site for parking, and we had to leave our vehicle on the road outside causing quite some concern. Despite repeated requests to allow us to park the vehicle inside at least after midnight, we were told that we could not be accommodated. Food in the hotel was a total disaster. Dinner on the day we arrived should have warned us- in all my travels I haven't ever eaten spoilt gulab jamun ever... I guess there is a 1st for everything!!! We had included breakfast in our stay...and were shocked to find that the hotel does not serve jam or fruit preserves with bread - only butter. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best with just the basics covered. Nothing that made it worth the cost. The only decent thing I can say is that the housekeeping staff were polite, courteous and prompt. Can't say the same for the staff manning the reception or the breakfast buffet.
ININININLoved the whole environment of the hotel..Good staff,good food and average sized rooms with most of the aminities..My second time here at Hyatt vijaywada and both time it was wonderful..will be staying here again soon in few days ..
The parking facility..It's one of the best hotel chains and the parking area here in hyatt vijayawada is not upto the standard of a 5 star hotel chain..
INYour courteous staff granting needed privacy yet serving vey well. Break fast was good blend. I wished there were more fruits and green salads.
Muted ambient light, intermittent very low volume soft music to enable better immersion, water body preferably with flowing water. I understand the space constraint, yet architects could be creative. Mosquito spotted in couple of corners. Non toxic remedy to get rid of that please...
