We were overwhelmed with the hospitality of the staff. The facility and property itself was above average. Special mention to Mani and her team, Lokesh, Nikhil and Mukul.

Citadines Arpora, Goa has several positives. We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), and the 2 BHK apartment was very comfortable and excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and cleaned daily, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The property has good facilities, a well-kept swimming pool, and a decent breakfast spread.

The stay was notably affected by a persistent drainage smell in the room throughout our 3-night stay. Despite repeated cleaning and the use of room fresheners, the issue was only temporarily resolved for a few hours before returning.

Well maintained , spacious rooms and prompt service. Thanks to Mani and her housekeeping staff for the good service. We had a good time staying at this property.

The rooms are Superb ! Very huge, filled with amenities and are great to chill and relax

The staff is not very cooperative, they tend to not provide even bottled water, the breakfast is good, but seating is unorganized
