Breakfast buffet, room service, room was good with decent enough facilities, polite and courteous staff

No spa despite it getting advertised which means this was a case of false advertising, very far off location so transportation becomes an issue, dinner buffet system is not everyday, ala carte is very expensive and even after going for it you don't get your choice of dish which is mentioned in the menu, no cutlery was given in the check out food parcel, the fridge was very smelly and had ice formed inside in the normal food compartment, the freezer was not working, not enough doormats

The staff were really good and courteous they help us in all the best ways possible. Ashish, Suhail(Reception) , Santosh and two ladies from restaurant staff they were really good at their job

Dinner was good but menu can be more better

The Flat Size Very helpful staffs- Mr. Ram, GM Santhosh, Moon Moon, Kumari, .. to name a few

Availability of Taxi - The local guys control the movement, never allow outside taxis, charge around 40% more. Hoteliers in this area should take up this issue with the concerned authorities

The rooms are spacious and the 2 bedroom options make it convenient for families.

Breakfast was average, nothing to look forward to. Most importantly, they need to maintain the property better. Cleanliness, maintenance is below expectations. I had to request a room change as the first room assigned yo me had many issues. Which they obliged without any questions. Also internet connection is very bad, their wifi keeps dropping. I had to call for housekeeping at least 5 times to fix something or the other during my stay of 4 nights. The pool is not clean, we did not dare to enter it. Overall, could do better.
