Historic Cow Palace Inn

The location and the rooms were clean

The pool and hot tub were closed for repairs, the TV didn't have a remote, the air conditioner didn't work well, and the door was hard to lock.

Very clean!

Food at the restaurant was great. Servixe was awesome. rooms were great

We usually stay at the holiday inn across the street but after looking at the cow palace website we seen they offered a good breakfast with cream Brielle French toast etc. we booked cow palace due to it being redone. The hotel didn’t serve French toast when we asked the front desk they said they needed to update the website that they haven’t served French toast in a long time. It was disapointing and our kiddo was upset.the breakfast was mediocre. False advertisement. The pool was under construction and not useable. We stayed in a suite and the neighbors kids ran up and down the patio area being loud until midnight then once that stopped the adults were pounding on the doors etc of their room. Not very insulated for a suite we heard everything from next door. The staff was great and polite. We will continue to stay at the holiday inn as their pool is always working and their breakfast is always on point.

The buffet was very interesting. The biscuits looked like pancakes. The potatoes were cut way too big.

The room is old and the hotel was with watter problems but the receptionist was super kind!

Really cute hotel, plants in the arboretum were incredible.

We didn't know restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday but got an excellent alternative dinner location recommendation from front desk staff.

It was clean, comfy and the room was bigger than I imagined. Very satisfied with my stay
