Historic Cow Palace Inn

We didn’t get to stay, we had a medical emergency. The man at the front desk, I’m terrible with names but I want to say Thomas I hope that’s correct. He has the absolute best customer service I have ever seen at a hotel, I appreciated everything he did to help us and just be kind. Hard to find these days, please make sure he is recognized in some way.

The staff was amazing. It was my 3rd stay in 2 years and the staff has always been exceptional.

The rooms are big and modern and very comfortable

I was delighted by the customer service and the spotless room. I slept so comfortably and enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was also very nice.

Rooms were nice. It was older but nicely remodeled.

There were beetles and pill bugs all over the room. I kept finding beetles crawling on the walls and out from under the bed. I was not aware that our room would be open to the outside. There was no extra pad lock, just the door lock. I did not feel especially safe. Overall, the place felt rundown. Pay the extra few dollars and stay at the Cobblestone next door!

I love the vibe and style. The staff were very helpful and kind. We ate at the tavern 1301 located inside the hotel and it was one of the best meals of our trip. The beds were comfortable, the room itself was spacious, the showers were super nice, the breakfast was one of the better ones and the ac/heater works great. Overall one of our best stays.

The actual toilet and shower is super small. While I enjoyed the heat lamp immensely I wish there was on in the sink area. Those floors stay cold
