Fincahotel Treurer - Olive Grove & Grand House - Adults Only

The property was in a great location Very serene and was perfect for a resting and relaxing holiday. The rooms were clean and a good size. There was no staff when we arrived

The temperature in the hotel is centrally controlled, which unfortunately caused significant issues during our stay. On the first day we arrived, the room was far too cold and the only solution offered was portable radiators. Then, over the following days, the rooms were fixed at 24°C and we were unable to switch to air conditioning even when the weather became warmer. As a result, I was unable to sleep properly for two consecutive nights and eventually had to request a fan. Despite complaining, the only response offered was an apology and the suggestion that the fan itself was compensation. This was extremely disappointing given the cost of the hotel and the standard we expected. The lack of proper temperature control greatly affected my experience and honestly ruined a large part of the trip for me. I was so exhausted from the lack of sleep that I even missed breakfast for two mornings. Overall, this issue was handled very poorly and significantly impacted what should have been an enjoyable stay.

Very beautiful Finca in nice olive tree setting with very cozy apartments/rooms. Personel is absolutely outstanding. Friendly, multilingual, very attentive, always trying to make their guests feel at home, welcome and special. Being a frequent traveler across the world, I have rarely seen such dedicated staff !!

Absence of a gym

Un inoubliable séjour dans un havre de paix. Cadre sublime au milieu d’une oliveraie, accueil chaleureux, personnel aux petits soins, chambre et lits confortables, petit déjeuner exceptionnel proposant un grand choix de produits frais, restaurant cosy et plats délicieux.

Quelques petits détails seulement: des crochets ou une barre à serviettes supplémentaires auraient été les bienvenus, les draps ne couvraient pas entièrement les matelas sur les côtés (trop petits), une fenêtre (de toit?) dans la chambre duplex du milieu manque (lumière et aération), d’où notre demande d’être logés dans l’une des deux situées sur un côté de la bâtisse (demande qui n’a malheureusement pas été prise en compte alors que nous avions réservé 7 nuits).

Top Frühstück mit frischen lokalen Produkten. Nachtessen war sehr lecker aus hochwertigen Zutaten. Bedienung sehr aufmerksam. Herzliche & zuvorkommende Atmosphäre.
