Absolut lauschiges, schönes Finca-Hotel. Modern eingerichtet, ohne der Finca seinen Ursprung und Charme zu nehmen. Schön ländlich mit wunderbarer Aussicht in die Oliven Haine. Das Hotel wird durch die Eigentümer Miguel und Sonja mit viel Leidenschaft und Herzblut selbst geführt, das spürt man in allen Belangen. Der Chefkoch José Cortés verwöhnt einem mit köstlichen, regionalem Abendessen, dass mit dem eigenen hergestelltem (xfach prämiertem) Olivenöl hergestellt werden. Die Zutaten werden täglich neu und frisch auf dem Markt gekauft. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Felix und Tanya aus der Schweiz
