Location is good, polite and helpful stuff, and reasonable price

All the mangers on duty were very kind & helpful , the Gentleman manager helped me with ordering a taxi transfer to the Airport but Noura the duty manager went above and beyond her professional skills in hospitality to make my stay comfortable by moving me from a Room to another one , showed my way around the city , gave me some historical information about her city bishkek and Kyrgyzstan tradition, was awesome 👌.

Nothing i disliked

Location is near city centre. There are a good number of Indian restaurants nearby.

Shared bath room. Power outlet was far away from the table.

I really like the warm ambient of the place. The is a nice living room with American kitchen where you can meet with other travellers. Beds are comfortable and they have curtains. Kitchen is well equipped. The hostel is clean in general. In addition, staff is very helpful. They helped me to take a taxi in the middle of the night to reach my flight. I recommend this place.

Bathrooms smell slightly (I think it's about the drains). But if you leave the doors open for a little while, it goes. So not a big problem.

The hostel itself is pretty fine. The staff was helpful in general, very good location. The problem was they told me they accept credit card. In fact, they have machine which accepts just asian cards. They should have told me that clearly. wanted to pay several times, however the payment failed. I paid them for the first two nights by cash but when a receptionist insisted on payment before the third night. I had to go withdraw money. Four ATM was unable or out of order and my card was stuck in 5th ATM...The work for several days to get it back

Not so clean toilets. Many rooms, many people - just three toilets...
