No heating just gas fire in livingroom and plug in oil heaters which did nothing Curtains in livingroom not even attached so had to adapt to keep heat in Needs to be modernised

The carpet was a bit smelly and I would appreciate it if towels were provided as well as teas and sugar.

Finding it wasn't the easiest but we did get confused with the hut thinking it was further down
This property is very old and needs modernisation and refurbishing

The caravan,was terrible,on arrival we noticed curtains hanging off the rail (broken) ,screws were in the wall to hook them on by there curtain string ,and some U couldn't draw at nite .The gas fire took along time to light ,and Serveral attempts to do this ,but then smelt the gas .There was a hole in the ceiling were the shower cubicle is , obviously something should be there but caused a draft when showering.Shower was cold water wasn't hot enough,when adjusting.Wasnt really clean on arrival there were marks on the wall ,.Had oil filled radiators ,which didn't let off any heat,the caravan was cold . This was unacceptable when you pay for a weekend away with family .Shocking .I have emailed Caravan Rentals Ltd but they are not responding,but quick enough to take your money .The Double bed was uncomfortable and squeaky
I liked the eara scurry, but i didn't like the communication and service more than one hour i walked i couldn't find my carvan.
