GBI liked the fact that the place is very close to the beach and the amount of space in the actual facility was decent.
I didn't like the fact that the place did not have proper heating, it had electronic heaters that didn't work the best (as expected of such a heater) and the whole place was freezing and needed significant heating to be okay to relax/sleep in. The heating and any gas powered thing (boiler, hob, stove) stopped working after the night. No one answered the phone or when we emailed regarding this and therefore this was not fixed until we left. They also required us to take the bins out and take the bedding off after the stay or we would incur a fee that was not communicated to us earlier. Very odd stay overall.

Caravan bedrooms stank of smoke & it was absolutely filthy. There is a seagulls nest on the roof, which is incredibly loud also. They very conveniently forget to tell you about that until the day before on their 'welcome email'. We wouldn't have booked this caravan in the first place if the owners had been honest about this upon booking. Upon arrival, we weren't informed of the code to get into the holiday park. The welcome email stated that we were supposed to be informed of this 24 hours before the stay. So I had to spend some of my holiday wasting time contacting the company to find out the code. There were woodlice and human faeces in the beds, broken hooks and door handles, and loose nails everywhere. My husband actually cut his hand, trying to get the sofa bed out. Three of the four bedrooms didn't have curtains or blinds, so we couldn't sleep or get dressed in them as we had no privacy. Despite the owner promising to send someone down to fit curtains, they never did. We brought a newborn baby and two dogs, and it wasn't even fit for our dogs to stay there. As a bonus, there was an open bag of what I believe is rat poison in the kitchen! I've seen kennels and prisons in better condition. We booked for two nights and couldn't even stay one due to the absolutely horrific conditions we faced. The owner is refusing to refund us, which is just disgraceful, considering we didn't even stay one night. The owner also lied to booking.com about offering compensation. Only stay here if you want to get seriously ill or have no sleep and the worst holiday ever.

GBNo microwave, no curtains or nets in 2 of the bedrooms. Beds were meant to be made up on arrival. Some bed linen was mouldy. Fridge wasn't cold enough. Meant to have a sea view. Very dated caravan. Not worth the money paid for 1 night
