St Margaret's 2-Bed Chalet - Sleeps 4 & Pets ok

Lovely and clean, everything you needed was there.

Sofa is too soft and too low. All 3 of us struggled to get up once sat. The mattress was too soft, although we are aware this is a personal preference. 2 of us have back problems and it did cause issues.

Modern, linked to interesting facilities and friendly staff. Clean and looked nice.

Poorly maintained: Central light faulty switches off after 30 sec Shower cabinet dangerous, broken support rollers, right hand glass not connected to frame. Permanent leak on radiator joint in bathroom, bowl red with rush in collecting leaks Toilet is leaking on overflow Under rear of toilet water leaked. Singles bedroom has broken window lock and missing handle, so only ventilation is by larger window but unsafe security at night. The sofa was too low for older people. MOST Dangerous: patio door/entrance. Very stiff and hard to open/close. Did write to Munro holidays with questions before traveling, but no response even after return. Needs urgent repairs. Nothing! It was a perfect stay.

Everything that was needed for a few days was provided, the place was spotless & very comfortable a bonus being that it was dog friendly.
