The location was great, clean and the stuff mostly nice

No working AC! We had to pay $14/day extra for the two AC units to be unlocked and get some cold air. But, we had them on the whole time and barely got to 77 degrees. It was very weird to see there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided. Just some little bar soap. There was a mishap with our room, but it was fixed. However, the supervisor on duty acted like it was my fault that it happened.
