Helpful staff, comfortable spacious rooms, good kitchen

They charge extra for A/C, the pool area is basic and unattractive

Location., view great. Apartment was generally fine.

The A,C (which costs extra) was a single very noisy portable unit. It would cool one room but no more. Hard to sleep with it running because of the noise. There are lots of rules you have to sign up to. More than your car rental agreement. Not very welcoming The pool is nice.but small for the size of the place.

Check in was easy and quick. The room was very clean and had all thr things you would need while on vacation. The property was also very clean and we loved the location as well. Would highly recommend and return here for future vacations.

The unit and location were excellent. Full kitchen and balcony with table to enjoy breakfast overlooking the oceanfront. The only negatives were no elevator and no AC unless you paid a $15/day charge for a portable AC located in the bedroom. If you are okay with only a fan then this is the place for you.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the property was very well maintained. Our room was a great value and had an excellent view. The room was well supplied and super clean when we checked in.

It was a very great 1 night experience. No complaints here. Staff is truly amazing. The sunset view was spectacular.

This condo was great! However, there is no AC. If we had known that in advance we probably would have found a different location to stay. There were fans and ceiling fans, but we were hot.

ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE STRESS! When I arrived at 6:30 PM, the front desk was closed with no warning. The room had no central AC, only a locked portable unit that couldn’t be used until the next day—after paying an undisclosed energy fee. No help, no support, no solutions from customer service agents. After a long day of travel, I was stranded in 85°F heat with no support. I couldn’t find another hotel until 11 PM.

The view was nice.

Where to check in was confusing & hard to find. The lady that checked us in was extremely rude. The unit smelled like an old folks home. There was no ventilation. You had to pay EXTRA for air conditioning. We ran all the fans but sweated all night. There were 2 small, cheap soap circles. No little shampoo or anything else. We stayed in Hawaii for 2 weeks & never had a condo not supply a start of the basic hygiene products. The Murphy bed had no blanket or pillows. The unit above us had people running & jumping past midnight. Overall, it was the worst rental out of 6 that we experienced while traveling Maui & the Big Island.

I liked the location and the pool setup

I didnt like that the room in the photos did not match the room we received. There was no AC, the property was dated for sure and certainly a timeshare vibe. For the price I would recommend something else in the area.
