Very modern and clean room. Excellent location in Simpson Bay

Checkin was slow; bed linen was poor quality

Refresh of towels mid stay would be helpful.

Nous avons bien aimé la vue et la beauté de l’appartement. Lits confortables et ensemble du lieu bien équipé. Lors de l’accueil, nous avons bien été accompagnés. Stationnement intérieur et surveillé le soir.

Difficulté à trouver l’accueil de l’endroit pour le check-in. Peut être bruyant lorsque les gens arrivent la nuit dans les corridors de l’immeuble.

The beautiful view from the rooftop and being in the center of everything for easy access

They did not complete a thorough cleaning of the property. The pull out bed had hair, earrings, and other questionable items in it . We also could not get a hold of the concierge as promised. We often had to walk down the hill to get their attention.

Location great!

Need to put more time and effort into pool area. Shower water not hot for long, needs individual water heaters for each unit.

Beautiful place, everything within walking distance

On our first day, we had an early flight, got there before 10:am . We did not get access to the room until about 3:24pm

Could have more atention to details, garages look not ready, look like the end of a construction… A few smaler details that dont compromise the result

I loved the property. However I paid a lot of money, so I just wish they had housekeeping.

They need housekeeping and I should be able to get more towels and wash clothes if needed. You can only take a shower in hot water for about 3 mins before it gets cold. Also, we had two bathrooms but you aren’t able to take showers at the same time which was super inconvenient. We tried to enjoy the jacuzzi during our stay but the water was lukewarm and the bubbles do not work. Also, it should have been cleaned. The water is very foggy and dirty.
